They may investigate malpractice and negligence claims, serve as expert medical witnesses, review records and reports, and provide other forms of legal assistance. Required Education to Become a Forensic Legal Nurse Consultant
Forensic Legal Nurse Consultants must be licensed as Registered Nurses within the U.S. Licensure may be obtained with a hospital diploma, associate degree, or BSN degree nursing program.
