Lincoln College of New England's Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree program in Child Development prepares students to pursue a career in the growing field of child care, including early childhood education, special education, early education paraprofessional, child and family social services, and counseling.

The comprehensive curriculum includes knowledge of child development and the skills necessary to provide appropriate and effective care and instruction to children in various environments. This program allows students to declare a concentration in one of three areas: Childcare, Early Childhood Education or Social Services with specific coursework and internship hours in the chosen area.
