The constant demand of our environment to be more energy efficient has led to the increasing sophistication of heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems. As a result, many employers require employees to have formal training and job certification in this field. The HVAC program at FCC is designed to arm you with the knowledge needed to maintain, diagnose, and correct systems that consist of many mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
Under the direction and supervision of our HVAC instructors, you will be trained to provide skilled, innovative and superior service in the following:
- Electrical controls and motors
- Refrigeration systems and mechanics
- Heating systems and controls
- Air conditioning systems
- Energy efficiency and green awareness

Florida Career College offers two HVAC diploma programs:
- 9 Month program in Home Air-conditioning and Heating
- 12 Month Program which also includes Commercial Refrigeration
