The Executive Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting: Controllership program was designed for mid- and senior-level managers and individuals seeking career changes or increased job opportunities. The curriculum encompass the knowledge and skills needed in professional accounting. Persons interested should possess at least a bachelor�s degree in a related field.
With the exception of the Accounting Emphasis, the recipient of the executive graduate certificate may apply all credits earned toward a Master of Science in Professional Accounting degree with the same emphasis.
Undergraduate prerequisites may be required for entry into the graduate certificate program; students who have not earned degrees from appropriate fields of study may be required to take additional coursework as a prerequisite for completing the program.
Within this curriculum, students have the option of choosing an emphasis in:
- Accounting
- Accounting Information Systems
- Controllership
- Taxation
