The primary objective of Lincoln College of New England's Associate in Science (AS) Degree in Culinary Arts is to offer a highly personal and intellectually challenging educational experience for culinary arts students. We aim to give students the knowledge, skills, professionalism, confidence and self-discipline required to succeed in their careers and to make a positive contribution to society. When combined with two internships, the core curriculum of general education coursework balanced with rigorous professional standards enables graduates to enhance existing careers, begin new careers, or continue on for further education.
