BS in Software Development
The Computer Information Systems - Software Development program is a cohort major that crosstrains mainframe and other specialties to competency in application development and web-based technologies. The program is a 54-week package that applies previous experience, previous college credits and/or the Bellevue University College of Information Technology's general education requirements as a foundation for completing the 36 credit hour program.
Foundation Requirements
A candidate for the Software Development program must have, through formal coursework or experience, an understanding of the basic concepts, components, functions, tools and processes that form computer information systems. In addition, the candidate must have basic Office® productivity software experience, including using Word®, PowerPoint®, Excel®, and Internet Explorer®.
