Management

The Business Management program at Fortis delivers an education that will provide a grounding in business management to prepare students for a variety of entry-level positions. In the program students will explore external business environments including the economic and legal aspects of business, socioculture dynamics, evolving competitive landscapes, and technological considerations and options available in the marketplace.

Our program bridges people, process, and technology from a globalization perspective, emphasizing themes such as ethics and social responsibility. Students will be exposed to business concepts and practices such as organizational strategy and design, the complex balancing act between supply and demand, and the challenging task of managing people and building relationships for effective collaboration and innovation. Upon completion of the program, graduates will have the fundamental skills to assume an entry-level position in business management.
