The Associate of Applied Business program in Hospitality Management is designed for students who enjoy working with people, appreciate variety in their daily work, and are interested in entering the fields of tourism and hospitality. Students are prepared for positions within hotels, restaurants, resorts, private clubs, attractions, special events management and food service companies. This program prepares graduates for entry-level supervision in the front office, sales and convention management, and other restaurant and hotel coordination positions. Students who are currently working within the hospitality management field can add to their current skill set and advance their careers.
