The Health Information Administration (HIA) program offers preparation for a professional area of service in hospitals, clinics, and related health facilities and agencies. Students who enroll in Lincoln College of New England's HIA program will complete all necessary requirements to earn an associate's degree in Health Information Technology within the first two years and will complete the remaining 60 credit hours needed to obtain the bachelor's in Health Information Administration in the second two years. Students transferring to Lincoln College of New England that have already completed a Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management (CAHIIM) accredited Health Information Technology associate's degree program at another institution can enroll in Lincoln's HIA bachelor's degree program.
