There are great business organization and leadership classes now. It's also helpful to read biographies (or autobiographies) of famous corporate leaders. Charisma can't be taught and, depending on what line of work you're in, can be the biggest part of a leadership role.
Workshops and seminars on leadership and management are available. I bet there are also special classes or short courses on leadership offered in schools. Besides learning the principles of leadership, I guess that it also matters that you have that innate ability to deal with people.
There are leadership programs including PhD programs. They work on the same principles as other business disciplines. There are theories and paradigms to study and learn. A leadership style that works in one situation may not work in another.
