Nowadays you will hear of technology courses with a specialty in business. I am just curious to know what such curricula would cover because it seems like such cources will be in so much demand in a few years to come.

I'm not completely sure about Information Technology, but I know that Information Systems degrees require some business components. Why? Because, IT/IS isn't so much about coding and programming, but more about being able to communicate with business professionals and assist them with any problems that they may have. At least, this is how I understand. IT/IS is more business related.

There's definitely a lot of crossover from computers and technology to business. You really cannot separate the two fields. I believe that it's fairly common for a university to offer programs with a business administration degree coupled with an area or a minor in computer information systems.

I agree with what has already been said. You can't know how to fix technology and not how to communicate with other people and know what they want.
